The transport is insured, in the event of damage during transport, please report it to the carrier and make and send us photo documentation by e-mail - you will get your money back. In terms of the product warranty, we provide a 12-year warranty for the material and workmanship and a 30-year warranty for the linearity of the output power - the lost power will not fall below 85%. All warranty claims should be reported by e-mail with photo documentation - you will get a refund in proportion to the number of defective products. There is no need for any return shipments. Unloading truck in destination adress is a customer duty. Not for all destination adreses we can ensure truck with lift.
